Excellent customer service and productI'm loving the neutral dark brown shade it covered all my grays and color looks really natural and compliments my skin tone the kit is really nice comes w everything the customer service is awesome I just had my husband help me w the back of my hair much more affordable than going to a salon and I like the convenience of doing it at home w a product that is much better than box dye 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Beautiful Color HairI have been a client since 2020 and's it the best color you can get. To me it’s better than the salon cuz it covers all of my gray and then some. Great customer service!I was having an issue with my color being too dark but my stylist addressed my concern and I loved the result! However, what really impressed me was the customer service! I had forgot to change my shipping address when I moved & my color got sent to my old address. 1st time using - LOVE the hair color and rinse....grays...not so much.Got some beautiful color for most of my hair. The gray roots didn't seem to get covered and I left it on longer than indicated. Itchiness and dried scalpsEven though the color wasn’t the one I ordered it wasn’t bad at all. My hair is shiny but my scalp started to itch…everywhere! The hair color when I was applying smelling so strong. Whatever concoction they’re using they need to adjust.
