Show stopper!Experience great color again! Really impressed by how great the color team painted the perfect shade of red! Dreams do come true at an affordable price! The downside-- harsh fumes! Not sure if it's me or the formula but since their redesign, I've noticed a change in smell during application that made my eyes burn a little. Hope they can adjust the ingredients. This adjustment to color was exactly right for mrThe first color set was a bit too dark and I requested to change to a brighter and lighter Color. Easy and high quality.I really like this service and the quality of the products, but we're not quite getting the right shade I'm after. I wish there was an opportunity for more communication before the product was sent. I'm nervous to experiment again. Nice color, but zero gray coverage around hair line in front!Just had my color changed and loved it. Only downside is my stylist puts on the color for me and this time the gray coverage is not good. Had my hair done on the 19th of August, today is August 30 and I have grays all around my hairline! Color was put on roots, left for 30 minutes and then pulled through rest of hair, but this is not good.
