Was perfect color for me!But I now need your help. The light brown worked great for me but I needed to add highlights and your company was out of stock on product so I tried another brand. I will add pictures. My base is now light brown in some areas but my overall color is different shades of blond. Please advise as light brown now will be too dark as how I may correct this. Super happyThe girl who has done my haircut/color for years is nowhere to be found since covid. I had a haircut appointment yesterday that was cancelled due to riots. My color came today from esalon. With a sick dog and life - I didn’t open the package until late and didn’t plan to do it tonight. I read the instructions and decided to go forward- seemed too easy. Is was. I like the products that keep color off the skin a lot. They are great. I made a mistake in a couple of areas close to my face but that was my error. The grey coverage elsewhere was excellent. My hair is soft especially considering I haven’t had a haircut in months. This product did not turn my ends black like box products do. Fantastic colour,well worth it.Slightly complicated at first. Soon got the hang of it,the colour for the ends makes it seem that way.
