Not the right thing for meI wanted to go blonder, but the process of doing so via eSalon wouldn't be quick enough, meaning I decided to visit a salon for all-over highlights instead. Please note your eSalon hair color if stored unopened in a cool, dry place, and out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, can be used up to 1 year after purchase. You can also perform a Strand Test (included inside your Perfect Match accessories kit) to see if how your hair will take the color without committing to the hair color. Not good at coloring greys at all!!!I will not be purchasing this hair color ever again. It did not cover my greys like it promised and the color was completely wrong. I asked for coppery red but it came out a weird brown with a hint of a reddish tone. It looked really bad. I will not be wasting my money on this again. Still just love your product- hair color!I have been using your custom hair color for almost a year. I am so happy with the results! Of course it is a bit of work to do it on my own, yet after years of having it done at a salon for 75$ Plus-I can do it here at home. Play with my dog! And honestly, my dark brown hair has gorgeous highlights because I am a bit gray- the gray turns into Mohagany highlights. And my hair is so shiny. You have a great product and customer support! First hair color ever to cover and give me a lovely color that lasts!Fortunately I saw the advertisements for eSalon and paid attention. From the very first order I received special attention and a superior product that was the first that not only colored my resistant grays, but gave me a lovely result that lasts! I look 10 years younger after each application and the folks at eSalon are always working with my wishes to give me a better experience. The only problem is that they do such a wonderful job I am supremely satisfied already! Exceptional product quality, special customer care, superb service and a superb product like no other that leaves my hair in wonderful condition is a first for me. I get so many compliments on my appearance after I have used this great product. Best color yet!!I have been coloring my hair for almost 20 year, I started getting in college. I have used esalon 3 times so far. This last batch timing and application were the best.
