Light BlondeI was concerned when the color turned dark when it was processing. I have had this happen one other time before; the color had ash in the color. The ash in this color left my hair dull looking. I thought I asked for a light blonde color with a neutral base. I am going to change the color to a lighter blonde with a neutral base because I love the color. Not so Great on my GraysI finally was able to color my hair with the product I purchased from eSalon. While I absolutely love the color, it did nothing for my grays. The first day right after coloring there were no grays, but now that it's been washed, they're visible. Custom Hair ColorI consider this company has poor service. I requested a change as advertised Response was given as if change was made. No product was sent until next scheduled shipment and it was not changed. I have stopped shipment of this product due to disappointment in false advertising. Review of Complaint--Do not sent a replacement at proper time and did not "customize" hair color with "personal colorist". DO NOT USE this Service--better off buying from store and saving money! Disappointed!!!!When I change my color for this order, I wanted my hair blonde, lightest blonde I could get.
