PerfectI was skeptical when I answered a few questions, then the product was sent and it was actually the correct color. I would recommend esalon to anyone who colors their hair at home. FAB!!!Thank you to my colorist Paul. I have searched high and low for a color as the one you've formulated and no one could produce. Using eSalon as my last hope, I really didn't think it would work. Well, I was wrong and I'm glad I gave eSalon a chance. My hair color is fit for a Movie Star. In the past I've paid an arm and a leg, leaving the salon unhappy. Love the love of eSalonReceived my first order was very impressed with the packaging, details expressed the love eSalon takes in impressing their customers. Then I colored my hair covered all my grays did not stain my skin washed off easily: though they include a stain cream I did not need it. I received Blue Black and for the first time, it did'nt leave my grays blue as other over the counter product my grays were black!; even with the rest of my hair.... I have wrote in to my color specialist to adjust the color to jet black as I prefer a deeper black and I'm confident they will deliver what i need... Cant wait to receive my next shipment..
