First timer!I have been quite pleased with my color, though it took a few days or more to get used to the color change, having been blonde most of the last 40 years. All my friends and family have raved about the color so I guess you pretty much nailed it. I love the shampoo and conditioner! And I really like the product used to boost the color. Even my roots have been slow to show themselves despite cutting every four weeks. Thanks for the convenience of this service. Beautiful packaging but wrong colorI did a strand test before dyeing my whole head, and I'm glad I did because the color was vastly different than it appeared in the swatch when I was took the survey online.
