Roots Were A Bit LightIt was my first go at eSalon, so with that in mind I was very happy with the results! My roots were a tad bit lighter than the rest of my hair, which I mentioned on my feedback questionnaire, so we will see how round 2 goes! BadProduct received in good time all looking great quality, so initially impressed.. Followed instructions to the letter.. My hair has been left like someone has tipped a chip pan over my head, repeatedly wash has done nothing to remove the oil slick that is now my hair.. Turned my hair a brassy orangeOrdered a warm blonde and followed all of the directions. My roots are now a very brassy orange instead of a blonde color at all. I was better off with my natural dark/dirty blonde than dying them to be orange. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

good color, that lasts, but very greasy.I have used lots of different colors over the decades. This one left a horrible greasy feel. It took me several shampoos to wash it out and later that day I could still feel some very, very greasy spots. But the color has lasted and it feels soft. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 1st time userThe product arrived well packaged and clear instructions, in my case I was advised to colour sections at the roots and after the recommended time use remainder whilst showering to work through ends for only a minute or so. I found it was a lot of mixture left over once roots were treated and whilst I used it as advised to work through rest of hair it was probably more than needed. I was disappointed that it didn't completely cover my grey, the stubborn bits around the temples, perhaps it needed longer than the time specified but as a first time user of this product I was reluctant to leave on longer than advised, I like the colour and time will tell if it fades, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch although don't think they suited my very fine hair that well, Once I've had the colour for a few weeks I'll decide if I want to re order but overall it's a nice product that's easy to use. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
