Doesn’t work-I tried my original hair color late because I had already used one. I wanted to let my grays grow out a little bit so I could really see the benefits from this color. Finally used it… And it made my hair super brassy and brown nowhere close to my dark black and my grays showed up within 24 hours after I had colored it. Follow the instructions to a T. It’s far as I’m concerned it’s no different than what’s out on the market and the drug stores. Then,I tried to cancel my subscription online because I forgot I signed up because it had such great reviews. Sadly my hair actually turned really brassy instead of my roots turning blue like they typically do on my grays they turned light brown, so I tried to cancel it and then unbeknownst to me. I should’ve put my mailbox and they’ve run my credit card again, even though I requested the cancellation. That’s what I call. Great customer service. Keep on sending people product that they don’t want and charging their credit cards. Definitely would not recommend being a wardrobe stylist and personal stylist. I would never suggest to any of my clients, so please stop charging my credit card. I will call customer service again tomorrow and request a second time for you not to charge my card anymore for hair color that doesn’t work. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color PackLove the color results and the package came with everything I needed to accomplish the job. I do own a application brush which I prefer using but it's not necessary to achieve the end result. I did decide to go a darker red so we will see how that is. Fantastic for Greys!I tried a fabulous demi-permanent violet color; it turned out perfectly! So easy to apply, instructions were easy to follow, everything was packaged perfectly. I also appreciated the touch-up color. I have really long hair and was never concerned that the dye would run out before I got all of my hair covered. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before any hair color application. Love this coloring system!I’ve been using esalon for a few months now and find the color to be fantastic, had to make a few adjustments but the process was easy and the results were great, love the packaging, the easy instructions and just the quality of the product, my hair is in great condition and the color is natural!
