New colorThe new color that was made for my ends turned out so beautiful!! I think that if you could add just a touch more of the red to deepen the color, it would be the perfect tone I am looking for. The only thing I have a question about is that it seems to fade so quickly. Is there a product that I should be using to help maintain the color longer? Great Idea but not for meThe color came out exactly as I wanted but it left my hair so rough and damaged that I have been unable to tame it even though it's been 2 weeks since I did the color. Plus I think the coloring process is too complicated compared to my regular store bought brand. Customer service and stylist are extremely courteous and convenient. Great Gray Coverage But.....I love how well it covered my gray. I love how soft my hair is after coloring.
