Delayed shipping due to using Amazon shippingI was notified by email that my order was being delayed due to using Amazon as the shipping method. When I called with my concern and complaint I got brushed off and told that I have just been lucky in the past with getting my orders quickly, and repeated several times that the delayed time frame was still within their 3-5 business days (actually pushing 6), so I had nothing to complain about. The CSR was very cold and non-sympathetic. She finally agreed to waive my shipping fee for my next order, but this was strictly a one-time courtesy. My recent orderI colored my hair yesterday. I don't know what happened but it was not light golden blonde. It's light blonde absolutely no gold visible at all. The last orders have been exactly what it's suppose to be. This one not at all it's completely lacking any gold and looks like it's faded all ready. I am very disappointed. Also I have not received any reminders that my color is being prepared. So the last two orders came out of my bank account with no notice. Not worth the hypeFigured this would be way better than buying box dye at the store- with the promise of a colorist reviewing everything. But I definitely did not achieve the color I was looking to achieve. Should’ve just gone with my usual cheap box dye.
