Very pleasedI asked for a true medium to dark brown color . Usually I always end up with tints of red in my hair wich I do not like. I love this color . Very happy with the results . Covered my greys and gave me an even all over tone with no red hues . .. so so happy!!! Healthy hair colorFinally a color that doesn't make clumps of hair fall off from chemically treating it. Unlike any boxed hair color on the market!! Overall great grey coverage & leaves hair soft & manageable. Unbelievable how awesome this product is! Once you go esalon, you'll never buy a boxed hair color again. Paid attention to my need/wanteven though I have colored my own hair and used professional premixed color with developer'for more years I want to admit... as I am getting older and not in the sun as much my skin tone was changing. Great color!E-salon has been tinkering with my formula to make my hair darker, closer to my real color (before the gray!). I love the color. However, the texture of my hair became like greasy straw, which is why I didn't rate 5 stars. E-salon customer service, however, gets 5 stars.
