Love my color!I had been buying two colors at the store and mixing them. I always had trouble finding both colors, I had to remember how much of each I used, and the outcome was unpredictable, although I always liked it. eSalon provides a more subtle color, which is natural looking and complements my skin coloring more. don't have oneThe colorant has been gentle on my hair, and arrives when I need it. With that being said, the first color has always been perfect. The second bottle of color has been consistently too brassy and red. I've asked for this to be changed, and I can see where adjustments have been made, but still way to brassy and red. RegretI am sorry to say I will not be ordering esalon color anymore. I love the color except I should not have to color every 2-3 weeks. I can buy my box color and it dosnt wash out at all. Not enough hair color to color entirety of my hairI did not receive enough hair color to color all of my hair. I have extremely thick hair and I had the entire left side of my head without color.
