Did not match color I requested.Awesome service. However was not pleased with final color. I submitted several pictures of the color of wanted but never came out lighter, always darker. And also did not cover the grays completely. Would've paid a private salon service for the same amount I ended up paying here after all the tries. Still grayThis product after several tries for the last few months does not cover my gray hair at my roots around my face. Color also washes out fast, even using their recomended shampoo and conditioner. The best at-home color period!I have been using eSalon for a couple of years now. The color is always exactly what I want. They have done such a good job with the color, people don't even realize my hair has been colored. I've lost count of all the compliments I've received on the color.
