3rd time not charmI gave e salon 3 chances with pictures and feed back and they never could get rhe color right. Now i am left with discolored hair that i am going to have to have professionally colored to fix it. What i thought would be my answer cost me not only 60+ for 3 colors, but another $175 on a professional coloring and whatever the expensive shampoo and conditioner costs that i'll have to use on hair that will be damaged by lightening the sides (after expessly stating that i can't use ash colors they sent me a light brown with ash or green base that turned my sides black). Great!I've been using the custom color since July and I've never been happier with the consistence of my color tone. Prior to that I was at the hair dresser every 4 weeks and the color was fading and my hair was drying out. That's not happening with eSalon.
