You tell them what you want for an end result and they work with you to customize a color for you. Fine tuning is easy as well. I was afraid to color my hair, but the stylists at eSalon reassured me. WowI didn't know home colour could do this. There is a lot of online hype surrounding this product. Believe it best home colour I have ever used. Love the service I was concerned over the colour but was called back by my personal colourist to talk me through. The colour is gorgeous. Love the color!Started with a darker brown first time. It was dark. But it looked great! Mom liked it! Then I got the light brown a while back, it's a little dark at first, but lightens up perfectly and my hair looks like I have highlights! I get a lot of compliments! Great work team! No gray!
