Best Hair Color Product I have ever tried

I never dyed my hair until a couple of years ago when I began to go gray. When I went to the hair salon I often left disappointed as my hair color varied after every dye and the cost was ridiculous. When I learned about eSalon I was skeptical but since my first try, I am a true believer and would and will recommend to my family and friends.

Getting my color formula right has been difficult

I am on try number three for the perfect haircolor. It is not coloring my roots thoroughly. Update to follow. Customer/color team service is five stars! Color formulation for my perfect color is two stars at best.

Loved the hair color and the ensuing result. Directions were easy to follow. Just one complaint, never received the applicator brush....hope you send it in the next one. Otherwise, it was a great experience, thanks!

My last shipment had a bunch of stuff missing....order 14159841 had the shampoo/conditioner/gloves/wipe stuff left out of the box. Just an fyi.

Bad packaging

The box arrived in today's mail. When I opened it up, discovered that the custom hair color was spilled out of its container and onto the cardboard box next to it in the kit. Totally unuseable. Waste of money.
