This color did NOT cover my grays. Completely disappointed.I was very excited to try dying my hair with my 'custom color' which was dark brown with gold tones. However, when I finally took the plunge and time to dye my hair, I was sadly disappointed. Instead of the color as stated, I wound up with brownish-gold and gray roots along with my already dark brown hair. I left the product on AMPLE time and followed the instructions so there's no reason a custom color couldn't do what any over-the-counter hair dye could: COVER THE GRAY! That WAS the point of this whole exercise after all (at least for me it was). Looks like it's back to L'oreal while still sheltered in place! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Far too darkHad requested a lighter brown colourway and ended up with very dark, brown hair with red undertones. Really don't like red. Never receivedPlaced order March 25, order sent April 6 and I still haven’t received it. I understand todays times things may take a while but 16 days for within Europe seems a bit extreme.
