Not full coverageThe color was beautiful and I loved that it didn’t burn/ itch like box colors. Unfortunately it only tinted my grays with the tint fading during the first week. Not usual qualityI was shocked by the state of my latest shipment. I am a long-time customer and I’ve never received a color set like this one. Even during the pandemic, the kit wasn’t like this. If I had been a new customer, I would not have trusted the quality and would not have used the product. The box was beaten up and partially open. I realize this was a mail issue, but inside wasn’t any better. There was not the usual packaging. The items were crammed in and only the developer and color were in a partial shaped cardboard piece. The developer was missing the little cap, and it was some random shampoo and conditioner, not Esalon. It just looked messy and unprofessional. FabFirstly the way the colour is presented is fabulous the box looks great with everything you will need set out. I love how the instructions are personalised they are clear and detailed with how to apply to the roots and then colour bottle 2 to your ends, the colour is easy to mix and apply and the results are amazing it really looks like a professional has done it , I wanted a slight adjustment to be made to my colour for my next order and the ease of that process to contact and tell them what I want and get a detailed response within a few hours telling me what adjustments they have made is such a good service, I am honestly so glad I have found this company , it is brilliant 5 of 5 people found this review helpful. Incredible!I am so picky about hair color and products. This is the best. Started using in 2019 and has been a game changer ever since. Loved the colorI really liked how easy it was to use. It came with simple instructions. The color I chose was exactly what I asked for and turned out great when finished coloring.
