Followed instructions but roots were lifesaver candy colored.My neighbor, a salon owner, did follow the directions and color-processed in two stages as designed. Roots were a bright candy apple color so coupled up with the fact that I decided to have a great Keritin treatment I'll just have to go a different route- I've had friends who love the eSalon products but it is a difficult (red) hair color to make a product to match. So impressed!I absolutely love how my hair color came out!! The instructions were very clear and the products were easy to use. The color is so rich and beautiful! The after care products left my hair feeling so soft and it was amazingly shiny! Since using this hair color, I have not experienced the normal drying and brittle feel to dyed hair.
