Did not likeMy hair turned out very dark. I colored my hair the day before my daughters high school graduation and it was almost black. Upon reviewing your account, we see that we had not changed your color and would like to remind you not to pull roots application color down through the rest of your hair, as this will severely darken your hair. You're doing great so far by trying to lighten your hair; we recommend a clarifying shampoo to help it along and your colorist would be glad to assist you in getting your color back. |

Great formula.It's truly amazing, your eSalon system. I had doubts at first, of course, thinking how good can it be to "custom" color without even seeing my hair physically. The texture of it, the strength it'd tell, etc., but somehow via a single photo and just a few questions eSalon's color specialist was able to get the near exact color I'd desired. I really like its system very much. What's more, there is always plenty of it to cover my whole head, then some. The price is perfect for my budget too, and with its personalized specific instruction there's no way to make mistake. Easy. Simple. Fantastic, and perfect color. Better than box dye and cheaper than a salon (and better)I've been dying my hair for over ten years and not even a trip to the salon can beat the results i get from their products and customer service. The packaging is beautiful and really makes you feel like you're getting a luxury product and the people at HQ formulating the custom colours are top notch.
