Red Hair is complicatedMatching my natural color has always been a miss both in a box and in the salon. It’s amazing to find a product that matches my color and doesn’t fry my hair. I ordered dark brown intense PearlAnd I absolutely love it, the colour is deep and Rich and everyone says it really suits me. It wasn’t what I originally asked for because my colourist suggested a lighter shade to start with so it wasn’t so harsh, I also sent a photo of my previous hair colour and this was the suggestion given. Thank the gods because I’m very happy with the end result. The packaging is personalised just for you and it’s really Luxurious. I wish I had this years ago. Love itI can’t imagine ever getting my hair coloured at the salon again. This is a quarter of what I normally pay at the salon and the colour is exactly right. Fantastic! Update on new formulation.Bravo eSalon! I just used the new formulation. It is definitely an upgrade, creamy, beautiful color. I noticed a vast difference on my hair. Having used the old formula twice, I wasn't sure I wanted to continue as my hair felt 'treated' in a not good way. This feels like a lovely conditioner, color all in one. Amazing colourI tried this for the 1st time last month, when it arrived I was super impressed with the professional appearance of the set and the attention to detail. The instructions were straight forward and application was easy. I loved the colour and how soft my hair was! My only criticism is that my grey came through within 2 weeks but I'm yet to find a dye that hasn't.
