Color and cost....The color wasn't as expected and the grey didn't cover completely. My bigger concern it the increased cost. Looks natural hair colourVery pleased with the results. Does not smell like the over the counter products. My hair looks so natural and have been complimented by others. Grey coverage is good too. Phenomenal!The color is exactly what I've been trying to get for years! I loved my first order very much, but wanted to adjust it a little bit the second time around to add more gold in the formula. What I got was the shade I've spent countless hours examining boxes on store shelves for. Not only that, store brands always left my hair feeling like straw and the color ran dull not long afterward.
