Holy Grail color momentI will never go back to the boxed color from the big box store. I have had really good success over the last 25 years doing my own color, but you have shown me the light. This color didn't need any toner to remove the brass and covered my grey (40 to 50%) completely. It was perfect as is. No line of demarcation between this color and the ones from the past. Considering that the process from your product is completely different from anything I've ever used, I have to admit that I was skeptical. No more. Demi Perm ColorI called and talked with your talented colorists about covering my grays better without using permanent hair coloring. The colorist asked me questions and listened to my concerns. She reviewed past orders and together we decided to increase the developer from 15 to 20 and add the color boost. I am very pleased with the results and commend your colorists. Best home colour kitI was a bit dubious ordering a colour set online but I am so happy I did. The customized colour is absolutely perfect. The instructions and videos are exceptional.
