worth it.I have tried many different brands of hair color and settled on loreal and Clairol. Then I tried esalon. I liked the color and felt it looked more natural than loreal or Clairol but wasn't certain I wanted to pay more for it so I went back to loreal and Clairol. I didn't like the flat look of the color or the condition of my hair. I returned to esalon and had them adjust my color, which they are always happy to do, and now I am very satisfied with my hair color and condition. EASIER THAN I REMEMBERWhen I last coloured my own hair many years ago the bathroom got more of it than I did. It was messy and not very successful. Pretty GoodI have native American blood, so it's very hard to cover the "gray/white" around my temples that would be the only fault I am finding with this product, and I didn't get the pearl color I wanted with the purple tone I ordered... maybe because my hair is so jet black.
