Can't get the Color RightThis is the fifth time now that I have worked with your stylists to adjust the color and again, it's just not right. Amazing!I am very happy with the hair color and the wonderful service. I was hesitant to try eSalon because every time I tried to color my hair at home (even with beauty supply products), I got red hair that turned brassy over time. eSalon color is perfect and my hair feels strong and healthy. Custom hair colorWhen I first saw the ads for esalon I was thinking there's no way it would do all it says but it has done all it says. I really like the fact that there are experts that take all the information and make it to fit the person it's being made for, I have told all my friends. *I love , love love my colorI have never found any hair color that actually colors all my gray, colors it for a long time and This Does All OF This. I have the auto schedule and because it covers and keeps my hair beautifully colored I even changed my delivery to over 5 weeks. How many people can say they color their hair every 5 weeks and still, no gray showing. This was the best online find of 2015 for me. AMAZING RESULTS!!!I am very pleased with the entire experience. Creating a profile was super easy, uploading my picture was just as easy. I made my purchase 3/31 and received my custom hair color 4/4. The kit included everything as promised (I love the personalized packaging) and the instructions were clear, detailed with illustrations. I followed as directed and I am amazed with not only the color but the overall health of my hair. I have not had my hair professionally styled (trimmed nor colored) since Dec 2015 but today, my hair looks like I just left the salon (my son even noticed).
