I can't afford to go back to department store hair color!I've used department store hair coloring since I began coloring my hair 22 years ago. Mainly due to the high cost of a professional hair color appointment just wasn't within my budget. But also because of the convenience of coloring in the privacy of my own home. About five months ago I saw an ad online for E-Salon hair color and thought what an appealing idea it that E-Salon color matches your desired hair color, then specially mixes the color of your choice and delivers it to your front door and at an affordable price. E-Salon also sells other products such as mixing kits, capes, shampoos, conditioners & glosses. So I sent a pic of myself to one their Hair Care Specialists, answered a few questions of my desired results, then placed my first order and eagerly awaited it's arrival. E-salon quickly mixed my color, filled my order and expediently shipped it straight to my front door. I was very impressed with how accurate their color matches my natural color; I am extremely impressed that their coloring did not dry, nor damage my hair, infact my hair looks shinier and healthier; and I am absolutely thrilled with how long their color last, quite honestly three times as long as boxed department store brands. I love all of the E-salon's products I've purchased and seriously can not afford to use boxed department store hair coloring ever again. My mistakeHi, I asked to have more copper put in it and it pulled some orange undertones. Next time I would like to go back to what I had before. More of a richer dark brown with some dark copper highlights. :) Thanks, Lauren 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Really LastsI've been coloring my hair for sometime. My biggest gripe was that it didn't cover my gray for very long. It just faded away. I was literally coloring my hair every 2 to 3 weeks. eSolon doesn't fade. I'm so happy with it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Where have you been all my coloring days????Ever since I had to start coloring my hair (25 years) I constantly was faced with the problem of not being able to get the same color from a manufacturer which meant I had to chose another brand and hope to match the color, or, over a period of time my color was renamed and replaced with another shade. I never had a consistent color - it was either too light, too dark, too red or too drab. But now I have my custom color sent to me and it is the same EVERY time I get it. Each time I use it - someone tells me they love the color of my hair. I love to tell people about your product...because you have taken away the worry of what color will my hair turn out to be. ColorI have been using eSalon for at least 5 years and can say I will never use any other product. If you need to change your color they make every effort to provide a new color according to your request. I requested a new color and it was too dark. They remixed it until I was happy again. Color is beautiful for a short time, but not as easy as box from grocery storeFor me, this took a lot longer than using a box from the grocery store, and the color was darker than I expected. Also, when I signed up, where you can put in a note to the colorist, I noted that I prefer temporary color and asked if I should get temporary instead of permanent color from eSalon. I received no response electronically. When my package was received, there was no acknowledgement of my question in there either, and I received permanent color. The permanent color faded quicker than expected, and I liked the color it faded to after a couple of weeks, but it kept fading.
