Excellent Results!At first I was a bit sceptical about having to colour my hair myself because those who have ever used box dyes know the whole process is just a nightmare! But not with this, the instructions were so easy to follow and that clearly showed in the end result. Spot on colour!!Absolubtley in love with eSalon and their treatments ! My hair colour has given me the exact colour I ordered and wanted. So happy i found this and won't go to a salon again! Didn't work outI really wanted to like this since it is cheaper than Madison Reed. My color was supposed to be darkest ash brown ,it came out golden brown, no ash! I only have like 5 gray hairs around my face area and it did not cover them in the least bit. Very disappointed 😞 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Disappointed!!I started out with grow out from a high light, I asked for a dark blonde or light ash brown.. ended up with a head ful of copper !! They sent me another color again I expected a light ash brown? I got a dark chocolate brown!!I I was really upset and frustrated! So I explained again that this it WAY TO DARK !! So again I said I wanted a light ash brown !! They then told me that I couldn't go light on top of th DARK THAT THEY TURNED IT !! There solution was GO TO A SHOP and have it professionally done!
