So glad I found eSalon!!!!!I waited to dye my hair all of my life knowing I would dye it when I started to go grey. The time came and I was paying large amounts of money for my cut and color as I have long hair. I tried to purchase boxed hair dye and my hair became more coarse and not as lovely any more. The choice was inexpensive and unhappy or salon prices and guilt. I was so relieved to have found eSalon on line and took the risk and ordered it. I have been so very impressed by the quality of this company, how much they worked with me as an individual (no different than the salon) to be sure we would make the perfect color for me. I sent in my picture and they noticed that what I had described my color as and the actual picture of my color was not right. I was a Chocolate brown and I was describing it much darker. I felt very impressed by their keen sense and they prevented me from being unhappy. I received this precious little box all personalized with my name inside on the instructions and a number for my personal dye mix combination. The instructions were no different than if I had done a box dye ~ no more complicated. I can not say enough good about my experience with eSalon over the years. The picture I had sent was of me holding my little grandson in the hospital. He will now be 3 years old. That is a long time to still have absolutely no negatives and all praise worthy comments for a company. Best hair color I have ever used.I had to start coloring my hair at age 18 due to gray hair. I have done every color, but I stayed for years as brunette. When I was totally gray I changed to blond through my hairdresser. She moved so I tried a few "over the counter" brands. Finally finding eSalon. Best hair color on the marketI have been coloring my hair for over 20 years. I have never hard a color that lasted 7 weeks..I receive my shipments every 7 wks. Custom Hair Color as good as or better than the salonI absolutely love the eSalon custom color. I filled out all my information and sent my picture. I received an email almost immediately advising a change in the requested color after the consultant reviewed my picture and details. They were spot on. I have used my color several times. I even stopped and returned to the salon for a few times. After paying $150.00 for my color and cut a few times I discovered I wasn't any happier having this service than doing the color myself. So easy and lastingI've never dyed my hair myself, so I was pretty uneasy about doing this. My last couple of salon experiences were major failures. After spending $100+ each visit, I decided, for the price of Made For You, I'd give it a go myself. I couldn't believe how easy it was. The instructions were easy to follow for a newbie, helping to make my first time on my own a success. It's been two months now and the color still looks great. Save your $$$ - eSalon is Better than going to a hair salon!I've been getting my hair colored for 10+ years, and I used to pay over $100 every 6-8 weeks. Not anymore! The color kit I get from eSalon is EXACTLY what my hair stylist used: custom color and developer. You even get gloves and stain remover wipes! Now I can color my hair when it's convenient for me at a fraction of the cost. And I do a careful and thorough job since I'm doing it myself. When getting my hair done at salons, sometimes I would feel rushed and not sure I was getting a quality job. The color is AMAZING. No one knows I color my own hair -- the color is THAT GOOD.
