Amazing box colourI've been dying my hair for over 30 years, usually in a salon, from time to time at home. Generally, at home the colour is not quite how I would like it, too bright, too single-toned. And the condition afterwards is never as good as a salon. I also am find it increasingly too expensive to keep going to a salon every 6-7 weeks....so I discovered e-salon. The results are incredible, I am in love with my hair, the colour, the condition! DisappointedI normally love eSalon ,but my most recent colors have been off ! One turned my hair a brassy brown color ! So they changed my formula.. and this one turned my hair a dark brown and still has a bit of a red brassy tone .. The reason I'm soooo DISAPPOINTED is that my goal was a LIGHT ASH BROWN or DARK BLONDE!! In love with my color!This beautiful Pearl-Mahogany truly is my favorite color I’ve EVER had on my hair. eSalon has exceeded my expectations.I used L'Oréal RR07 in a box for years. Some people might cringe at the box color, but it looked fantastic. Then it was discontinued. I hoarded what I could afford, but eventually ran out. My hair has looked *interesting* while I try to get back what I had. I had many professional's do my color. It was always a crap shoot and it seemed like every time I found a good person they would move within a year. So I tried box color and got very very lucky and hit pay dirt, for almost 5 years, then they stopped making it. My color is PERFECT. It has exceeded my expectations. I am almost glad L'Oréal discontinued my color. This is the 3rd online hair color company I have tried. This is the best my color has ever looked from root to end, and it looked good... maybe not during the last year when I was trying and failing to find a color and formula that looked natural and didn't destroy my hair, but here we are. My roots are finally the same color as my ends once again. Holy cow this bothered me. I don't know how you pulled that off. I honestly thought I was going to need a color correction after my previous attempt, and in a sick twist of fate, my hairdresser moved, taking her excellent haircuts with her. I needed a person and did not have a person. My hair feels fantastic. You didn't promise this, but my hair is moisturized enough that it is holding curls. This did not happen with the previous company I tried. It was quite dry. I cannot overstate how perfect it looks. I cannot wait for my husband to see it. He LOVED my hair and made me promise to never change the color. Then my color was discontinued! There were no comparable options. It looks like my hair again.
