Not good for grey coverageI tried to like this. The product seems high quality and is not too smelly. I love the color they formulated for me. But after multiple tweaks, it just doesn’t do the job of covering greys. I followed the instructions perfectly, and this last time I had grey roots after ONE shampoo. It’s expensive too. Custom colourI had v bad experience with my first order because the result was not that what i expext then u send a free color...but was same result ...sadly..i tried one more time and order custom the colors again i m again disappointed because after 3 to 4 washes grey hair r shown.. totally waste of money the other local brands r better..i have 1 unbox how can i return.... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. DisappointedI called and spoke with a colorist before I decided on a color. I told her what I was looking for, submitting pics of my current color, told her my grays were hard to color…noted this all on my online order. I was assured my hair would not be pink or purple…it was pink and purple! I looked like My Little Pony…4 days before vacation! So upset!
