So happyMy MIL told me she has been using esalon for years! I hate how expensive it is to go get my hair done at a shop especially because I have so much thick hair they charge by the bottle. esalon is so affordable and especially during the lockdown it was nice to be comfortable and safe at home to do my hair. I have a toddler so it’s hard to find time to go anywhere alone. I love being able to refresh my hair and stay home all at once! Being able to stay in contact with a stylist is so nice also! I liked itI have been trying to have a color that sticks to my hair for years now, all of the products I have used from the stores color my grays real bright and the rest of the hair stays dark making it a huge contrast that I have to color it back to dark. I used to wear my hair warm red and I loved it then! but then I had it dyed brown once and could never regain my usual red hair. I intent to go lighter than this, but I was afraid I would have the same situation I´ve always have, to my surprise redish color came back (I wish I had chose lighter red) it is a dark auburn, but there is something to start I guess! I really liked it. The only thing I saw is that you send very small amount of the conditioner, and the ends are very dry, it really needs a bit more. Lovely locksAt 57 years of age I have been lucky in the hair department, I have thick naturally auburn hair which has darkened from ginger over the years. I have a two inch band of white hair around. Y hairline and have never dyed it before. The products were easy to use and my friend applied it for me, my only complaint is that in my opinion it was darker than I imagined and if I do it again I would like it a little lighter and more album not brown. did not order - did not receive - did not receive creditI stopped my service in June 2021. In January 2022 I was sent, out ot the blue, a free color set due to order credits I had accumulated. One year after stopping my service, July 2022, I find my debit card was charged $33 for an order I did not place and it was mailed to an address that is no longer current.
