PROLONGED ARRIVAL TIMEThe hair color is great. It's always been awesome. But for the past couple of months, the delivery time gets longer and longer. This months order was suppose to ship on 9/6/22... it still hasn't left the post office. Had the same issue last month. Great color adjustment for gray!My gray roots (59 yo) were getting brassy with the medium brown/ash color. I took a few pics and sent them to the eSalon team and they recommended updating to medium brown/pearl. Huge improvement! I look ten years younger. Won’t Buy AgainI had done the quiz and saw a color I really liked “darkest brown mahogany” which looked like a very dark brown with SUBTLE hints of red. My hair is quite literally purple. color was good but had a my hair was straw afterI really liked the color they sent and it was easy to apply. I had my daughter help so I didn't miss anything.
