color was good but had a my hair was straw afterI really liked the color they sent and it was easy to apply. I had my daughter help so I didn't miss anything. Color Does not lastVery disappointed with this product the color washes out in the first wash and leaves my roots exposed. The second bottle I received started foaming and spilling out of the bottle when left on the counter for less then 20 mins. I have never had hair dye do that to me and I've been coloring my hair for about 20 years. I'm glad it did not ruin my countertop. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great customer service!Finally a company that gives great service and help! I actually speak to a REAL person when I call, and they are always so helpful snd kind. This last order was a mistake on my part, and yet they are sending me a replacement kit at no charge. This is something you rarely see these days. Never going to a salon for color again!!I am so happy with this custom color kit. My hair looks beautiful. It was so easy to apply. The instructions and personalized kit are beyond amazing. I emailed my colorist with this outstanding feedback but also asked her advice on adding more red tones. I love that it is so easy to message her. I couldn’t be happier. So much to likeFirst you notice all the thoughtful things that come in the package, including two pairs of gloves. As you are washing your color out you notice you are not making the usual mess. After you wash and condition, there is not extra color dripping down. Your towels will appreciate this. Once you dry your hair, the feel is soft and silky.
