Love my new colorAs you get older and your skin tone changes, the color you use on a regular basis no longer suits your skin tone. Game changer!This hair dye is the best I have ever come across - even compared to salons. I dye my hair a shade of bright copper that's always been difficult to achieve. After many disappointing experiences at the hairdressers - where the colour was expensive, patchy, took hours and often came out a really unflattering pillarbox red - I moved on to off-the-shelf box dye. After just two rounds, my hair was in awful condition. That's when I found eSalon, and I'm so glad I did. After a couple of tweaks to get the shade just right, I have found my dream colour. It's really easy and satisfying to apply, the colour lasts for ages, and I get so many compliments. Best of all, it leaves my hair in really good condition. I'm over the moon that I found this dye - thank you so much! And the customer service has been consistently excellent. Very drying - also eSalon keeps charging you without your consent.I ordered this product to try it, no where it was written that I was enrolled in automatic product delivery. eSalon now has charged me for another round of a product that I didn't like. Wrong color sent.I had requested a color adjustment, but didn't like the lack of personalized care and didn't want to be experimented on, so I requested to keep the original color which didn't seem to cover greys. I was sent the adjusted color anyway. It looks awful. I wish I could get personalized color that makes me feel great about my hair like in the marketing materials.
