the color was not what I wanted,I ask for a color to match the white gray coming in and was colored a blonde instead. Lately the colors have not been the best shades. Not great for grey coverageMy color didn't cover many of my grey hairs and the ones it did it turned a red'ish color when it was suppose to have a slight purple with brown. So I had red roots with the rest being a dark brown. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nice to use. But colour and coverage terribleI have been colouring my hair at home for 30years, and used all kinds of different brands and colours. This was very nice to use. The instructions were easy to follow. But it failed dismally in it's main objective of actually colouring my hair! I could see straight away that the colour was too light for my roots, wouldn't colour my greys and I'd need to do it again within a week. It was a complete waste of time and very expensive compared to the dyes I'd previously bought from the chemist, which might not smell as good. But did colour great, and stay! I was going to cancel my subscription, but they have offered me a free colour set and adjusted my colour. So I am going to give it another go this weekend as the roots and greys need to be sorted even though I only coloured it 2 weeks ago! Custom color setSince Dec. 2021 , I haven’t received my correct color for my roots. My color has been turning my roots golden instead of what they are which is a darkest brown. I have had to use a root touch up every time to correct the color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Happy customer since 2017 & still coloring with eSalon!Each coloring, I am getting better at fully tackling those new grays! My colorist recently made a slight change by darkening up my color set for me and WOW, what a difference! Uploading photos of my hair, using the instructions at home and communicating with my colorist has been super easy. Prices of products are reasonable and I love the autoship discount so much! This discount encourages me to try other products that help keep my color vibrant and long lasting. Maintaining my autoship, adding new products and giving feedback has also been very easy. I've recently watched some how-to videos and those are even wonderful! This company has great customer service and I can always count on my order to process and show up on time. Thank you! Making adjustments anytime with eSalon right from my phone is also a huge plus! I highly recommend eSalon Custom Color Set to anyone looking to freshen their appearance and stay feeling youthful when those grays start to pop up more and more. You may be a little nervous like I was the first couple of colorings, but just read carefully, utilize those how to videos and go for it. eSalon prepares each box with everything you'll need-add on stain remover towlettes or extra gloves anytime-the set up prepares you well-it really is quite something! I'm so thrilled to have this hair care system at this point in my life.
