Wrong colourI chose the medium brown shade expecting the colour to match my roots pretty well and cover up the blonde ends. Unfortunately when I coloured my hair it came out almost black. It’s very very dark brown and I am definitely disappointed. I know it will fade over time, but it’s definitely not the colour I chose. Didn’t cover grey hairTried this and wasn’t impressed. It didn’t colour my grey which is what I wanted to hide. I did like the colour on the highlighted parts of my hair but not in my natural hair colour it turned my hair a ginger colour. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

cute but not as dark as the picturedefinitely deposited color, but it’s fading every time i wash it. and it’s much lighter than it looks in the picture. i actually kind of like it, but it’s not what i thought i was buying — and ill definitely have to dye it again as it grows out which is kind of a bummer. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love it!I've been using eSalon for more than 10 years and have had excellent results for the most part. I would hope you keep your price point low as the recent increases will not be able to be sustained even if it is a great product. 3 rd color orderI was looking for a particular shade of auburn color hair. The first one was too brown dark. The second one had too much red mixed in and I hated that color. I wanted a natural looking shade (auburn). So I tried one more time sent them what I wanted with a picture of what I have and a picture of their color sample so they know when I wanted and they got it right !! Give ESalon a sufficient time and keep letting them know exactly how they need to change the color and they will get it right or not charge you to fix it. I’ll stay with my plan as long as I can afford their very reasonable prices. I now in a few months have the color I want. Thank you ESalon for my new look. The color was brighter than expected.Actually the color was brighter in the front of my head and much darker in the rest of my hair. I am not sure if it had to do with the way I applied it. It also did not cover my gray hair very well. It did blend it but i could begin seeing some gray hair after few hair washes. MariaThe first time I bought the color set it did cover my Gray hair. But the next time it change little bit but it didn’t cover a lot. & the next time it did the same it didn’t cover a lot of my Grays Hairs 😞 & do love it but this time it does covers my Grays I’m going to buy it one time let’s see what happens.
