Excellent coverage and colorI was using Madison reed for a while but, the color faded way to fast .it was pretty frustrating. I am very pleased which esalon, and will continue using it. Love my custom color.....Twice now.....by a doctor and another office receptionist.... I have been told what a beautiful color of hair I have....they always remark when the sun shines on it... Nice colour, didn't damage hair, lasts a long timeThe colour came out really multidimensional and nice. A bit too much packaging though. I don't really care about "unboxing" my hair dye. Also, I wish I could order 1 bottle at a time, not 2. One was enough to do my whole head so basically every shipment lasts 3+ months and each bottle works out to be the same price as drugstore brands. Customer service good.
