Broken, dry hairI'm really upset with the damage this product has caused my hair. I have only used professional dye in my hair prior to this and have never had an issue like this, ever! I have broken hairs on both sides of my face, which normally are longer than my chin. About a day after dying my hair with this product, I noticed my long bangs were shorter, standing up and looked as if they had broken off. This is absolutely mortifying! I'm not comfortable using this product moving forward and will be canceling my subscription. It will take months to grow my hair back, not to mention deep conditioning the broken damage. Nice Colour but..I was super excited to try this out, I'd been spending hundreds on going to a salon for my hair to just feel awful a few days after and I wanted to give my hair a bit of a break so went with a darker ash blonde. I love the colour on my ends, the ashy colour is so lovely, but my roots are significantly lighter than the lengths and have a strange auburn/orange/red tone to them. I'm a little panicky and I'm now wondering if I should have gone little darker to be more in line with my natural root colour. 16 of 18 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Good but too red, not gold enoughThe color is good but slightly too orange-forward and not "soft enough". I think increasing gold tones and decreasing red/copper tones would help better balance the color out. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
