Didn’t cover gray hairsThe grays started showing through the day after I colored my hair even though I didn’t shampoo it! This is the second time I have contacted Esalon about the problem. It appears my hair color product was processed anyway without changing the developer or strength of the color. Now you’re trying to send and charge me for the same hair color that isn’t working. Salon QualityI have gone to a salon to dye my hair for 20+ years. My grays were coming in earlier and earlier so I had to go in often which was costing me a ton.
