Doesn’t cover greys as expectedEven tho the “team” said they modified the product it only appears that they merely increased the time by 5 min. Holiday colorI loved the color and the way it turned out...but i headed to Florida and spent 2 weeks in the sun and the color totally bleached right out of my hair. I don't know if it was the sun and salt water from the ocean and the hot tub...but it's totally gone and im left with streaks from where the Lightner was applied . Did’t cover the grey!I watched the video, read the instructions fully. I did the front of my head first as that’s were I notice the most grey. I then started at the back and worked forward as had already colored the frame of my face. After following the steps doing all roots for 25 min. Then cover all over for 5 minutes. They tell you to fill the rest of the bottle before showering and pour thru your hair when you get in the shower.🙄 I will say I loved the shampoo and conditioner were nice. Love my custom colorI used to pay a lot of money to get my hair done. Esalon has changed that. I have been a customer for a few years now, and know one has EVER given me a hair color that really was perfect and fit ME like this. I agree about the changes not doing well for gray coverageUntil I saw the other recent reviews, I thought my gray was starting to be persistent on their own. I absolutely agree that now, after their color formula changes and after only 2 weeks, my grays come in strong. I usually color every 3 weeks. The grays that come in after 3 weeks with the previous formula were not as obvious as the grays that are now showing after just 2 weeks. What a waste of money!I ordered a second box, thinking I did something wrong because the 1st time the color didn't stay in at all. I did follow all instructions, even had my husband help me the 2nd time! STILL NO COLOR.
