Not too badThe process was fairly simple. I really liked the color. The only real issue I had is that it faded after one shampoo. I’m not sure if that’s the hair dye or if my hair just doesn’t absorb this color well. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not satisfiedI’ve used Esalon for years. Was always satisfied until last 2 colorings . Turned my hair on top orange color. I messaged Esalon and was told a colorist would call me. Nobody ever called. Esalon sent me a third color of the same for free that has not been adjusted. I’m cancelling my subscription. Beautiful colorLike many people, I "discovered" eSalon at the beginning of the pandemic. I have been extremely happy with their products. The results are on par with what I used to spend a fortune on at my salon, and I appreciate the ability to work with the colorists here to fine-tune my color. I decided to go a bit darker this time (with auburn undertones). The color turned out beautifully as always, and my very thin, fine hair was in good condition afterwards as per usual.
