I've had very expensive salon color, and drugstore box color, and have always had a big problem with fading color-- light ash brown going brassy and unnatural looking. Salon color stays very true to the first day color, and what lightening does happens, if much more natural looking. I am really pleased. And it's great on grey hair

I have real hair extensions and the new colour from eSalon matches the extensions extremely well, despite the extensions having sublet burgundy highlighs. The new colour is a keeper for sure.
My hair feels so amazing after Dying my hair, so Silky smooth and shiny. I had so much damage from over highlighting & coloring trying to get that perfect shade. With eSalon there is NO guess work. You get the color you love the first time. The best gray coverage ever.
I wanted a change in my hair color but still wanted it to fit me. The Hair Colorist did an amazing job in her recommendations and the results. I have been ordering and receiving the same initial color for greater than a year and still absolutely love it!
Other hair color products I have used have always had very viable washout when I shampoo and rapid fading. None of that with this product. The root color was a little darker than I would have preferred, I'm sure that's an easy fix. I love the 2nd part, the gloss for the ends. It blended my color really well and left my hair very shiny.
I love the custom hair color and I really like that it doesn't have that strong chemical smell like the drug store brands. I'm really happy with E-Salon hair color! I also appreciate that I am able to communicate with a professional hair colorist through the website and ask questions.

You can't beat eSalon, I sent them a picture of me and that is the color I received, I have had so many compliments on the shine and health of my hair! Everyone who knows I color my hair loves it and WOW a LOT less than having it done in the salon! The color doesn't change when I swim in the pool or ocean, this is my forever color company!!!
It has taken me years to find that perfect red. I am a natural redhead that has faded over the years. I have even gone to salons and I wasn't satisfied. Finally I found something that I love that lasts and covers white hair too...
Got the color right the first time. I have missed using a mahogany color for years because every other brand kept turning my grey an orange color. This color was beautiful, soft, not brassy, and my hair was incredibly soft afterwards. New order is on the way and I can't wait.
When I first tried eSalon, I wasn't sure if they could get it right. Or if it would be cheap looking color. All I wanted was to color my gray and match my actual hair color. I love esalon. I have been using it for well over a year and am so glad I found them. Color at the salon is so expensive and I just couldn't afford it anymore. The store bought color does not last and really fades and turns dull. I found a great stylist to cut my hair and she asked about my color. She said my hair was in great shape and the color was beautiful. I told her about Escalon and she couldn't believe it. She heard of them but had never seen anyone that used it. Her words sere. "I'm impressed." She even mentioned it to the gal at the front counter after she complimented my hair as I was leaving.

For years I used L'Oreal Excellence to self-color my hair. I've also gone to professionals a handful of times to have my hair colored. Hands down, eSalon is the best. I've been coloring my hair for over 20 years and am thrilled with this product which I have now used for about 4 years. The color lasts; it doesn't fade after a week or so as other products fade. I color my hair every 5 weeks yet it remains soft and healthy. Although more expensive than store bought coloring kits, this is much less expensive than professionals, as well as easy and convenient to use. It's also easy to seasonally make adjustments to the formula. I like it a bit lighter in the summer and a bit darker in the winter. I recommend this product and am thrilled that I discovered it a few years ago.
I love how my hair turned out with this color. There was just enough. All was used. I was kind of nervous that there wouldn't be enough to cover my head but there was.

I consider myself a pro at do it at home hair color as I have over 33 years experience of doing it myself. (Very Premature Gray)I have colored my hair three times now with eSalon hair color and am as amazed now as I was the first time. They sent me the perfect color, which dumbfounded me, given the not so good "before" photos I gave them. I don't think it was just a lucky guess. eSalon knows what they are doing and they do it beautifully!

Were it not for e-salon, I would have to go to an actual salon to have my hair colored every 4 weeks or so. This product really works! Covers my gray and lasts as long as a salon job. I've been using it for a couple of years.

Ordering the right color is so easy. The eSalon stylist even contacted me to provide me a much better choice of color and I love it! The gray is completely covered, too! I will continue to order this color from eSalon! It's a great value!!

I have always hated coloring my own hair because it never seemed to turn out the color I wanted. After speaking with the colorist and getting my box, the instructions were clear and easy and my hair turned out great!
I have colored my hair for decades using basic drugstore brands. A few years ago I started having my hair colored in a salon. My color stayed richer longer but I still had to have my roots done every 5 weeks. The expense was hard to justify so when I looked into going back to a DIY haircolor I discovered eSalon's Custom Color. In a word, Hallelujah!! They were able to formulate the exact color I wanted, custom made just for me based on pictures I submitted and explaining just what I was looking for. The color stays as rich as the salon color did, with very little fading between applications. And if you ever want to tweak/adjust your color one month, they are happy to make whatever changes you want. It is very simple to use; I only need to use the bottle application method (not the brush) as my hair is short. The color, as well as the shampoo and conditioner which come with it, are excellent on my hair keeping it shiny, soft and smooth. I also love that my custom color is delivered right to my mailbox every 5 weeks so I never have to worry about my color being out of stock at the store when I need it. This is a wonderful product and I am completely satisfied with it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I color my hear for about 30 years by now. The e-Salon hair color is the best I have ever used. The hair does not appear "burned", and it covers 100% the gray. I would not hesitate to give it the 5 stars rating.

I was skeptical at first, but I've been using eSalon for over a year and love it... I started out light and then decided to go pretty dark, only to change my mind and go light again. While my hairdresser would prefer to do my coloring, she gave my color a rave review. I like the very personalized service I receive. The online colorists are great and work with me to get just what I want. And soooo easy. If your hair isn't ready for another application, you just change the delivery date. If I go to the salon, I just skip one. Very nice.
My second application is so to be delivered. I am very pleased with the color my stylist created. I am a Red Head and I wanted to go grey, my way, gradually. So far this product has done this for me. I will probably see more of the shuttle change with the next application. I am using Medium Ash Blond.
